Werkin on my fitness.

Just like Fergie, I'm about to start ♫ working on my fitness. I'll admit, I've got weight to loose. I mean I'm beautiful, I'm not skinny and I'm comfortable in my own skin, but if I drop a few pounds and pick up a few bucks for it I'm alright with that too. It's a 6 week challenge among friends. We all threw $5 in the pot and 2 of us with the highest percentage of body fat loss will win!

This is where you come in readers. What are some tips, tricks and moves that work for you? 

I'm thinking I'll be doing at least 5 days a week in the gym and the other two days will be supplemented with at home work outs. Planning on counting my calories, taking a booze break and getting my booty in motion.


Above is a picture of me a few years ago on the beach in my bikini...that's right, not skinny and WEARS a bikini! AHHHHHHHHHHH. I'm ready for a swimsuit body though...bring on the werk outs!
