Quiet Cardio - why didn't I think of that before?!

As we know, I'm not skinny and I'm not really trying to be. I like salads, but I also like booze, being a little juicy is a fate I accept. That being said, I used to work out, in fact as a teen my solution for my insomnia would be to go out and run until I was exhausted. It was perfect, I got in a workout while everyone else was asleep.

Fast forward to being an adult, having rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and living in an apartment and suddenly my work out to cope with insomnia options are slim. However, last night I was horribly bored. I'd blogged, I'd done SEO work on my websites, I played with my cats and I even managed to watch a biography on Oscar Wilde, but I still felt restless come 6am. I got to wishing I could run again, just pound the pavement until I got my runner's high and could lie on floor for an hour feeling exhilarated and well rested. Then I decided to google 'quiet cardio workout'. 

Well, if you're in a similar situation to me, and live both above and below someone, you want to keep it quite. Especially when you know you're awake at horrendous hours and your neighbors might want you to find a quick death if you start banging the floor with jumping jacks, fitness blender gave me a good sweat this morning.
